Ellisfield Memorial Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol, Hirers wishing to sell alcohol will need to apply to Basingstoke & Xxxxx Borough Council for a Temporary Licence, a copy of which must be provided to Bookings Secretary and the person applying for the licence must supervise the event with no alcohol sold to under 18s.
To allow them to do this the Council will grant Stagecoach a Temporary Lease granting Layover Rights and a Temporary Licence to grant Interchange Rights (drop of and pick up rights).
On the date of surrender of the Temporary Licence, the Council shall grant to Stagecoach (or other Group Company nominated by the Company) and the relevant Company shall accept, a New non exclusive Licence to use the New Bus Interchange.
The exercise by the Temporary Licensee of its rights under this clause 24 does not affect any other rights or entitlements of the Temporary Licensee (whether under the Act, the Temporary Licence, the Licence, this Related Agreement or any other Agreement).
They will require a different approach to that adopted for those to be Released on Temporary Licence (ROTL).
