Taxing Authorities definition

Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, any municipality of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, the Canada Border Services Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of Canada and each and every province or territory of Canada (including Revenu Québec) and any political subdivision thereof and any Canadian or foreign government, regulatory authority, government department, agency, commission, bureau, minister, court, tribunal or body or regulation making entity exercising taxing authority or power, and “Taxing Authority” means any one of the Taxing Authorities;

Taxing Authorities means any Governmental Authority or Authorities having jurisdiction over the assessment, determination, collection, or other imposition of any Taxes.

Taxing Authorities means Her Majesty the Queen, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, Her Majesty the Queen in right of any province or territory of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, any similar revenue or taxing authority of each and every province or territory of Canada or municipality therein and any political subdivision thereof, and any Canadian or foreign governmental authority exercising taxing powers in administering and/or collecting Taxes;

• The Association agrees that the Board assumes no other or further liability to any person or entity under this Section 13.06, and that the definition of current and/or deferred income subject to taxation is determined solely by the Internal Revenue Service and Ohio Taxing Authorities.

• Rules 77-464 and 81-36 of the Internal Revenue Service and Opinion 82- 097 of the Ohio Attorney General and the Rules of STRS, and such rules as the aforementioned agencies, including Ohio Taxing Authorities, may subsequently issue are applicable to the Board notwithstanding any provisions set forth in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Taxing Authorities

Taxing Authorities the United States Internal Revenue Service (or any successor authority) and any other domestic or foreign Governmental Authority responsible for the administration of any Tax.

Taxing Authorities means all federal and state taxing agencies.

Taxing Authorities means collectively, Bexar County, Dallas County, Ector CAD, Fort Bend County, Harris County, Hood CAD, Liberty County, Victoria County, Brazos County, Medina County, and Erath County.
