Target Company definition

Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
Target Company means a Company to be acquired by the CPC as its Significant Asset pursuant to a Qualifying Transaction.
Target Company means the entity listed in the column entitled “Target Company” on Exhibit A.
