Systems Standards Manual definition

Systems Standards Manual means the Systems Standards Manual (or successor thereto) attached hereto at Schedule Q, setting forth the standards and requirements for the construction, renovation and operation of hotels within the applicable brand (i.e., Residence Inn and TownePlace Suites) of hotel to be constructed and operated on the applicable Property.
Systems Standards Manual means the Systems Standards Manual (or successor thereto) attached hereto at Schedule Q, setting forth the standards and requirements for the construction, renovation and operation of hotels within the applicable brand (i.e., Fairfield Inn, Fairfield Suites and Courtyard by Marriott) of hotel to be constructed and operated on the applicable Property. Until such time as the Fairfield Suites brand shall contain at least fifty (50) hotels and such hotels are governed by a separate Systems Standards Manual, the Systems Standards Manual applicable to the Fairfield Inn hotel shall be applicable to the Fairfield Suites hotel.
