Suspension of Trading definition

Suspension of Trading means trading of the Common Stock have been suspended by the SEC or the Principal Market, or otherwise halted for any reason, and the Common Stock shall have been approved for listing or quotation on and shall not have been delisted from or no longer quoted on the Principal Market. A Suspension of Trading shall be deemed to have occurred on a given day if an event of a suspension, delisting, or halting happens for any reason and for any length of time.

  • Reference Market-Maker means a leading dealer in the relevant market that is selected in a commercially reasonable manner and is not an affiliate of either party.

  • EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(14) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets on financial instruments;

  • Bulletin Board means the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.
