Super Area definition

Super Area means the area under covered area of the Said Premises inclusive of the area under the periphery walls, area under columns and walls within the Said Premises, half of the area of the wall common with other premises adjoining the Said Premises, total area of all balconies, terraces, cupboards, plumbing shafts / lift shafts / electric shafts of the Said Premises and the proportionate share of the Common Areas;
Super Area means the area at which Units / flats were sold before coming into force of RERA and more particularly described in Note (i) of Schedule B annexed herewith.
Super Area means the total of the Covered Area of the Said Premises and the proportionate share of the Common Area.

  • During the period of deemed possession, the Applicant(s) shall be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs /- per square feet of the Super Area per month for the period of such delay until the date when the actual physical possession is taken over by the Applicant(s) .

More Definitions of Super Area

Super Area means the sum of Apartment area of the said Apartment and its pro-rata share of common areas in the said Building/ said Group Housing Colony. Whereas the Apartment areas of the said apartment, shall mean the entire area enclosed by its periphery walls including area under walls, columns, balconies, cupboards and lofts etc. and half the area of common walls with other premises/ apartments which form integral part of said Apartment. Common area shall mean all such parts/ areas in the entire building which the allottee shall use by sharing with other occupants of the said building including entrance lobby at ground floor, lift lobbies, lift shafts, lift machine rooms, electrical shafts, fire shafts and walls of plumbing shafts on all floors, common corridors and passages, staircases, mum- ties, overhead water tanks, service maintenance areas/offices/stores, security/fire control rooms, if provided. Super Area of the apartment provided with exclusive open terrace(s) shall also include area of such terrace(s). Apartment allottee how- ever, shall not be permitted to cover such terrace(s) and shall use the same as open terrace only and in no other manner whatsoever. Super Area does not include:

Super Area means the area for the purpose of calculating the sale price of the said Residential Floor and the same shall be the sum of covered area of the said Residential Floor and its pro-rata share of common areas in the said House. Whereas the covered area of the said Residential Floor shall mean the entire area enclosed by its walls including area under walls, columns, balconies and cupboards etc. and half the area of common walls with other floors which form integral part of the said Residential Floor. Common areas shall mean all such parts/ areas in the said House which the Allottee shall use by sharing with other occupants of the said House including the staircase, the mumpty, electrical and plumbing shafts, passages/ landings/ drive ways and projections, water tanks, boundary wall and other areas meant for common services and maintenance access. Common area shall not include the rear yard on Ground Floor, the exclusive right to use of which shall vest with the allottee of the Ground Floor and similarly the demarcated area on terrace, the exclusive right of which shall vest with the allottees of first and second floors only. The super area mentioned hereinabove is tentative and for the purpose of computing the sale price of the said Residential Floor only and that the inclusion of common areas within the said House for the purpose of calculating super area does not give any right, title or interest in common areas to the Allottee except the right to use common areas by sharing with other allottees/ occupants in the said House. Super area and the percentage of the covered area to the super area may undergo changes till the completion of the said House and final super area shall be intimated upon completion of construction of the said House.
Super Area means, area within the boundary of JMRC, offered as parking area. No deduction on any account shall be permitted except in case the area is taken over by JMRC for any activity.
