Subsection means subsection of the section in which the term is used;

In addition to the capitalized terms defined in the Code and the Purchase Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, when used herein, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings (provided that if a capitalized term used herein is defined in the Purchase Agreement and separately defined in this Agreement, the meaning of such term as defined in this Agreement shall control for purposes of this Agreement):

• Any Applicant who signed an above-described affidavit must provide proof of lawful presence within the time provided in Subsection 208.009.5 X.X.Xx. for temporary public benefits and failure to provide such proof within such time may result in the City rescinding and voiding any Contract awarded to the Consultant.
