Structural Parts definition

Structural Parts means only the following: (i) foundations; (ii) exterior walls; (iii) concrete slabs; (iv) the beams and columns bearing the main load of the roof; and (v) the floors (but not floor coverings).
Structural Parts means the foundation, structural framework and load bearing roof of the Building, and all load bearing staircases, load bearing ceiling, load bearing columns, load bearing pillars, load bearing floor slabs, load bearing structural walls (including load bearing party walls (if any)), load bearing external walls and load bearing beams of the Building.
Structural Parts means all parts of the Building other than the Common Parts, the Offices and the Premises;

  • Landlord shall maintain and repair at its own cost and expense throughout the Term of this Lease, the Structural parts of the Building, provided, however, in the event of damage to said Structural Parts which results from an actual or attempted entrance to, or exit from the Lease Premises for any unlawful purpose by tenant, tenant shall bear the entire cost of such maintenance and repair.

More Definitions of Structural Parts

Structural Parts means any object or protrusion that is part of, connected to, joined, fastened or otherwise attached to a motor vehicle with the exception of an antenna.

Related to Structural Parts

  • Structural components means liners, leachate collection systems, final covers, run-on/run-off systems, and any other component used in the construction and operation of the MSWLF that is necessary for protection of human health and the environment.

  • Structural as herein used means any portion of the Premises or Complex which provides bearing support to any other integral member of the Complex such as, by limitation, the roof structure (trusses, joists, beams), posts, load bearing walls, foundations, girders, floor joists, footings, and other load bearing members constructed by Landlord.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Structural pest control means a use requiring a license under Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 8500), Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.

  • Building Systems The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, sprinkler, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”), security, life-safety, elevator and other service systems or facilities of the Building up to the point of connection of localized distribution to the Premises.

  • Facade means the entire building wall including a parapet;

  • Nonconforming structure means a structure the size, dimension or location of which was lawful prior to the adoption, revision or amendment of a zoning ordinance, but which fails to conform to the requirements of the zoning district in which it is located by reasons of such adoption, revision or amendment.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Exterior container means a MIL-STD-129 defined container, bundle, or assembly that is sufficient by reason of material, design, and construction to protect unit packs and intermediate containers and their contents during shipment and storage. It can be a unit pack or a container with a combination of unit packs or intermediate containers. An exterior container may or may not be used as a shipping container.

  • Structural member means any load-supporting member of a facility, such as beams and load-supporting walls, or any nonload-supporting member, such as ceilings and nonload-supporting walls.

  • Staging pile means an accumulation of solid, non- flowing remediation waste (as defined in this section) that is not a containment building and that is used only during remedial operations for temporary storage at a facility. Staging piles must be designated by the Director according to the requirements of § 264.554 of this regulation.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Permeability of a space means the ratio of the volume within that space which is assumed to be occupied by water to the total volume of that space.
