Stone Wall definition

Stone Wall means an assembled grouping of stones comprising at least one (1) cubic foot of stone per linear foot and totaling five (5) or more feet in length.
Stone Wall means a congruent structure of stone constructed to enclose, divide, or define an area, and located at least partially within the boundaries of the road. Temporary disturbance of a stone wall for installation or underground utilities is not regulated, but failure to restore such wall to its original condition will be subject to enforcement action under Section 10 of this bylaw.
