Stock Incentive Plan definition

Stock Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
Stock Incentive Plan means any stock incentive plan of the General Partner.
Stock Incentive Plan means any incentive plan offered by the Company pursuant to which upon or following vesting or exercise, as applicable, Grantee is entitled to receive shares of the Company’s Common Stock, including without limitation the Plan.
