Examples of Step Two in a sentence
The Vice President of Human Resources or her/his designee shall arrange for a Step Two meeting between the grievant and/or the Association and the College President, to take place within ten (10) days of the College’s receipt of the appeal.
A policy grievance, defined as involving a question of general application or interpretation of this agreement, may be initiated by the union at Step Two or Step Three, as appropriate, subject to the time limits set out in 6.01 above.
If the Tenure Review Committee affirms its recommendations to terminate employment and if the candidate wishes to pursue the appeal, the candidate shall have seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Committee’s decision following Step Two to request in writing a meeting with the College President to present his or her reasons for disagreeing with the decision of the Tenure Review Committee.
If a grievance is filed by the KSCEA, the KSCEA may initiate the grievance by filing immediately at Step Two.
Should the Step One response fail to resolve the grievance, the grievant will submit the grievance to Step Two within five (5) days following receipt of the Vice President’s Step One response.
