As of the date of execution of this Agreement the Contractor hereby certifies that the Contractor is not listed on the Final Divestment List created by the North Carolina State Treasurer and that the Contractor will not utilize any subcontractors found on the Final Divestment List.
C.G.S. 147-86.60 N.C.G.S. 147-86.60 prohibits the State of North Carolina, a North Carolina local government, or any other political subdivision of the State of North Carolina from contracting with any entity that is listed on the Final Divestment List created by the North Carolina State Treasurer pursuant to N.C.G.S. 147-86.58.

The State Treasurer shall request that the Department advise the State Treasurer and the Trustee in writing not later than the last Business Day of each calendar month of the total amount of State Sales Tax Revenues collected by the Department during the preceding calendar month and the balance in the City Bond Finance Fund at the close of business on the last day of the preceding calendar month.
