Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
Funeral director means any person engaged in the practice of funeral directing.
provincial director means the provincial director as defined in regulation 1 of the General Administrative Regulations, 2003;
State board means the state board of education.
Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.
Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax actually levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.
Independent Director means a director referred to in Section 149 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
Budget Holder means the director or employee with delegated authority to manage finances (Income and Expenditure) for a specific area of the organisation.
Declared pregnant woman means a woman who has voluntarily informed the licensee or registrant, in writing, of her pregnancy and the estimated date of conception. The declaration remains in effect until the declared pregnant woman withdraws the declaration in writing or is no longer pregnant.
Medical director means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A who shall be responsible for overall medical direction of the service program and who has completed a medical director workshop, sponsored by the department, within one year of assuming duties.
