State Budget Act definition

State Budget Act means Amended Substitute House Bill No. 59, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the Governor on June 30, 2013, providing State appropriations for its 2014-2015 biennium (the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015) and enacting other statutory provisions.
State Budget Act means Amended Substitute House Bill No. 153, passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the Governor on June 30, 2011, providing State appropriations for its 2012-2013 biennium (beginning July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013) and enacting other statutory provisions.
