Standard Listing Conditions definition

Standard Listing Conditions has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 4(a)(iv);

Examples of Standard Listing Conditions in a sentence

• The Common Shares are listed and posted for trading on the TSX and the Corporation has made application so that at the time of issue of the Securities, the Securities will have been conditionally approved for listing on the TSX, subject only to the Standard Listing Conditions.

• The Offering shall have been conditionally approved by the TSX-V, subject only to the Company satisfying the Standard Listing Conditions; and the Company shall not have received any notice from the TSX-V that the Offered Shares shall not be accepted for listing on such exchange.
