Special Payment definition

Special Payment. Means any payment (other than a Scheduled Payment) in respect of, or any proceeds of, any Equipment Note or the Collateral (as defined in any Indenture).

Special Payment means any payment (other than a Scheduled Payment) in respect of, or any proceeds of, any Equipment Note or Collateral.

Special Payment means with respect to any Series or Class of Notes, any payment of principal of or interest on (including any interest accruing upon default), or any other amount in respect of, the Notes of such Series or Class (including, with respect to Floating Rate Notes only, a payment under any Swap) that is not actually paid within five days of the Payment Date applicable thereto.
