Softbank Group definition

Softbank Group means any Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with SoftBank that is not also controlled by Fortress Investment Group LLC. For purposes of this definition, “control” means the power, through ownership of securities, contract or otherwise, to direct the policies of the applicable person or entity.

Softbank Group means any Person controlling, controlled by or under common control with SoftBank and/or any other direct owner of FIG, that is not also controlled by FIG (for purposes of this definition, “control” means the power, through ownership of securities, contract or otherwise, to direct the policies of the applicable person or entity).
