Sidewalk Café definition

Sidewalk Café means a temporary outdoor area located and maintained by an adjoining eating and drinking establishment for the sale and consumption of food or beverages;
Sidewalk Café or “Café” means a group of tables and chairs and other accessories situated and maintained upon a public sidewalk for the use and consumption of food and beverages sold to the public from, or in, an adjoining or adjacent indoor food and beverage establishment.
Sidewalk Café means a deck, patio, ramp, temporary sidewalk, group of tables and chairs or other accessories situated on a street including a sidewalk for the use and consumption of food and beverages sold to the public from, or in, an adjacent principle use property;

Sidewalk Café means an extension of Licensed Premises onto a public sidewalk where food, refreshments, and/or beverages are sold by a Restaurant, delicatessen, ice cream shop or coffee shop for public consumption at tables or counters located on such public sidewalk, approval for which has been applied for in accordance with Chapter 7.42 of the Code of the City of Annapolis, as may be amended.
Sidewalk Café means any area situated on a public walkway where food, refreshments, and/or beverages are sold by a restaurant, delicatessen, ice cream shop, coffee shop, or any food or beverage vendor (hereinafter “Operating establishment”) for public consumption at tables or counters located on the outside of the operating establishment. Sidewalk café shall operate only as authorized pursuant to this Chapter (Ordinance 5-1995, Article 1162 § 240-11).
Sidewalk Café means an expansion of a restaurant, bistro, coffee shop or other establishment offering beverages or food that provides seating for more than 3 people in the form of a group of tables, chairs, benches, trash containers and suitable decorative devices maintained upon any part of the sidewalk for use on part of the public property that immediately adjoins the licensed premises for the purpose of consuming food or beverages of the patrons of the establishment.
