Severity Level definition

Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Severity Level means the applicable severity level assigned by IFS to an Incident, as it may be re-classified by IFS based on information gathered throughout the Case lifecycle.
Severity Level means the level of impact an Incident has on the operation of the Supported Service or Customer Solution, as described in Clause 1.3.1.3 below (Incident Report Severity). The Severity Level also may be referred to as the "Incident Priority".

Examples of Severity Level in a sentence

  • Support, E-mail, and web support ticket response times shall be based on Issue Severity Level, as defined in the Support Ticket Response Times table below.

  • Such Issue Severity Level shall be assigned by AvePoint at the time of receipt of such e-mail or web support ticket request from Customer per the Issue Description guidelines given in the table below at AvePoint’s sole discretion.

Severity Level means the Severity Levels 1-4 as defined below:
Severity Level means classification of a problem determined by Viavi personnel based upon the Customer’s assessment of business impact. The three (3) Severity Levels that apply to the Services are as follows:
