Services Recipient definition

Services Recipient means, with respect to a particular Statement of Work, the Party that is receiving the applicable Services, as set forth in such Statement of Work.

Examples of Services Recipient in a sentence

  • In the event that Recipient desires to receive Additional Services or requires an increase in volume of Services, Recipient shall notify Service Provider.

  • Likewise, with respect to PC Access Services, and, following their Launch by Recipient, TV Access Services, Wireless Access Services, and Internet Portal Services, Recipient shall provide, to such AOL Services providing such access, substantially comparable non-exclusive Interconnection to such AOL-branded Recipient Interactive Services.

  • If either a R&D Services Provider or a R&D Services Recipient proposes changes in a Project, the R&D Services Providers and R&D Services Recipients for the applicable Statement of Work shall discuss such changes, but no changes shall be binding unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • In consideration of the Services, Recipient shall pay to Provider the Fees associated with the Services provided to Recipient and its Subsidiaries hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in clause 3, the Services Provider acknowledges and agrees that it shall provide the Services set forth in clause 3 subject to the ultimate authority of the Services Recipient to control its own business and affairs.

  • Each Party acknowledges that the Services provided hereunder by the Services Provider are not intended to set policy for the Services Recipient.

  • As consideration for the Transition Services, Recipient shall pay to Provider the amount specified for each such Transition Service as set forth in Schedule A, including any “pass-through costs” expressly identified as such in Schedule A.

  • This clause shall apply whether the Third Party provides the Services directly to the Services Recipient or provides the Services on behalf of the Services Provider or its Affiliates.

Related to Services Recipient

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.

  • ACS means “asset-controlling supplier” as that term is defined in the Cap and Trade Regulations.

  • Subrecipient means an entity that:

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
