Servicer Policies and Practices definition

Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.
Servicer Policies and Practices has the meaning specified in Section 1 of Annex I attached to the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer Policies and Practices is defined in Annex I to the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Servicer Policies and Practices in a sentence

  • The Servicer or a TPS to the extent provided in the applicable TPS Service Agreement shall handle all customer inquiries and other customer service matters according to the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall generate and issue a Xxxx to each customer, or, in the case of a customer who is being billed by a TPS, to the Applicable TPS with respect to such customer’s Billed RRB Charges.

  • In the event that the Servicer makes any material modification to the Servicer Policies and Practices, it shall notify the Issuer, the Trustee and the Rating Agencies as soon as practicable, and in no event later than 60 Servicer Business Days after such modification goes into effect; provided, however, that the Servicer may not make any modification that will materially adversely affect the Bondholders.

  • In accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices, the Servicer shall obtain usage measurements for each customer; provided, however, that the Servicer may determine any customer’s usage on the basis of estimates in accordance with applicable NHPUC Regulations; and, provided, further, that the Servicer may obtain usage measurements from the Applicable TPS for customers receiving meter reading services from such TPS if the applicable TPS Service Agreement so provides.

  • Except to the extent that a TPS is responsible for such services pursuant to a TPS Service Agreement, the Servicer shall cause to be installed, replaced and maintained meters in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • The Servicer shall deliver all Bills issued by it (i) by United States mail in such class or classes as are consistent with the Servicer Policies and Practices followed by the Servicer with respect to its own charges to its customers or (ii) by any other means, whether electronic or otherwise, that the Servicer may from time to time use to present its own charges to its customers.

  • Except as provided in the next sentence, the Servicer shall deliver all Bills to customers (i) by United States mail in such class or classes as are consistent with the Servicer Policies and Practices or (ii) by any other means, whether electronic or otherwise, that the Servicer may from time to time use in accordance with the Servicer Policies and Practices.

  • The Servicer shall apply Customer and any REP deposits to the payment of delinquent accounts in accordance with applicable PUCT Regulations and Servicer Policies and Practices and according to the priorities set forth in Sections 6(b)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) of this Annex I.

  • In accordance with the Servicer’s then-existing Servicer Policies and Practices for its own charges, as such Servicer Policies and Practices may be modified from time to time, the Servicer shall generate and issue a Xxxx to each Customer for such Customers’ Storm Recovery Charges once every applicable Billing Month, at the same time, with the same frequency and on the same Xxxx as that containing the Servicer’s own charges to such Customers.

  • To the extent that Xxxx format, structure and text are not prescribed by the Louisiana Constitution and Revised Statutes or by applicable Council Regulations, the Servicer shall, subject to clause (i), determine the format, structure and text of all Bills in accordance with its reasonable business judgment, its Servicer Policies and Practices with respect to its own charges and prevailing industry standards.

Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under this Exhibit A, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself. True-Up Adjustment Filing has, with respect to the Issuer, the meaning given to such term in Appendix A. Variables includes the following variables used in calculating True-Up Adjustments: • the estimated Net Write-Off Percent; and • the projected billed consumption to which the Environmental Control Charge applies.

Related to Servicer Policies and Practices

  • Credit and Collection Policies or “Credit and Collection Policy” means the policies, practices and procedures adopted by the Issuer on the Closing Date, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of Obligors and the extension of credit to Obligors, or relating to the maintenance of those types of receivables and the related equipment and collections on those types of receivables and the related equipment.

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Accepted Servicing Practices With respect to any Mortgage Loan, those mortgage servicing practices of prudent mortgage lending institutions which service mortgage loans of the same type as such Mortgage Loan in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located.
