Examples of Service Award in a sentence
Class Counsel may petition the Court for a Service Award not to exceed $10,000.00 for the service to the Settlement Class and the time and effort that the Class Representative personally invested in this action.
Class Counsel shall be responsible for distributing to the Class Representative any Service Award awarded by the Court and paid by Defendant.
Subject to Court approval, the Class Representatives shall be entitled to receive a Service Award of up to $5,000.00 each for their role as the Class Representives.
Hired on and after July 1, 2009: Each employee hired on and after July 1, 2009 is eligible to accrue increased vacation hours on the first day of the month following the employee's Service Award Date.
