Series of Notes definition

Series of Notes means the Notes and the Series of Notes secured by this Agreement as the same exist on the Effective Date, without giving effect to any amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes effected or made after any such Effective Date unless such amendments or modifications to said Notes or Series of Notes have been consented to in writing by Principal Life.

Series of Notes or “Series” means each series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and the applicable Series Supplement.

Series of Notes means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.

Examples of Series of Notes in a sentence

• In accordance with Section 2.01 of the Base Indenture, the Issuer hereby creates a Series of Notes issued pursuant to the Indenture.

• Term Notes of each Class and Series of Notes initially sold in offshore transactions in reliance on Regulation S shall be represented by the Regulation S Global Note for such Class and Series, which shall be deposited with the Indenture Trustee as custodian for the Depositary.

• The Issuer and the Indenture Trustee have previously entered into the Indenture Supplement to create and designate a Series of Notes.

• The Calculation Agent is appointed, and the Calculation Agent agrees to act, as Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Notes described in the Schedule (the “Relevant Notes”) for the purposes set out in Clause 2 and on the terms of this Agreement.

• Such Additional Notes may be consolidated and form a single Series with, and will have the same terms as to ranking, redemption, waivers, amendments or otherwise as, the applicable Series of Notes, and will vote together as one class on all matters with respect to such Series of Notes.

More Definitions of Series of Notes

Series of Notes or “Series” means any Series of Notes issued and authenticated pursuant to the Base Indenture and a related Series Supplement, which may include within any Series multiple Classes of Notes, one or more of which may be subordinated to another Class or Classes of Notes.

Series of Notes means the series of Notes issued by the Trust.

Series of Notes means in respect of the Notes, each series issued on a given Issue Date.

Series of Notes or "SERIES" means Series 1996-C or any, or as the context may require, all, additional series of certificates or notes or both issued as described in paragraph 3 of the Introductory Statements hereto.

Series of Notes means each series of bonds, notes, debentures or similar instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.02 hereof.

Series of Notes or “Note Series” means any issue of Notes issued to finance the making or purchase of one or more corresponding CM Loans and includes all series of Notes issued under the indenture.
