Seller Representatives definition

Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

Seller Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.7 hereof.

Seller Representatives means the representatives of the Seller referred to in Clause 15.2.

Examples of Seller Representatives in a sentence

• Seller shall ensure that it is in compliance with all Federal and state employment laws and regulations governing verification of eligibility of employment for individuals hired by Seller or Seller Representatives prior to permitting such persons to perform Services.

• The obligations contained in this Section shall not apply to information that: (y) was already in Seller's (or a Seller Representative's) possession other than through a breach of this Section or (z) was or becomes generally available to the public other than through a breach of this Section.

More Definitions of Seller Representatives

Seller Representatives means Seller and its members, partners or shareholders, as the case may be, and its Affiliates and its and their respective successors and assigns, and the officers, board of directors and/or managers, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing Persons.

Seller Representatives means Sellers’ directors, officers, employees, advisors, attorneys, accountants, consultants, financial advisors, investment bankers, or other agents or representatives.

Seller Representatives means, collectively, the officers, employees, counsel, accountants, financial advisors, consultants and authorized representatives of Seller Service Providers or their Affiliates.

Seller Representatives means NAEC and CL&P.
