Seller Information definition

Seller Information. As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

Seller Information means any information relating to Seller, the Mortgage Loans and/or the underwriting guidelines relating to the Mortgage Loans set forth in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular, the ABS Informational and Computational Materials or the Free Writing Prospectus [and static pool information regarding mortgage loans originated or acquired by the Seller [and included in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular, the ABS Informational and Computational Materials or the Free Writing Prospectus] [incorporated by reference from the website located at ______________].

Seller Information. As defined in Section 13.07(a).

Examples of Seller Information in a sentence

• URBN may modify the terms of this agreement at any time by posting amendments to the Seller Information Page and emailing a notice to Seller at the email address Seller provided in the Mirakl Portal.

• URBN may use any Seller Information to create, develop, or modify the Marketplaces or any other URBN concept, brand, software code, product, or feature (“Improvements”), and URBN will own any Improvement and any IP Rights in an Improvement.

• URBN will post any Policies or amendments to Policies on the Seller Information Page.

• Seller shall pay URBN commissions on all amounts URBN collects on Seller’s behalf for sales of Products, less Seller Taxes, according to the “Commission Rate Schedule” specified in the Seller Information Page.

• URBN may also use Seller Information in any way that is allowed without a license from Seller under Applicable Law.

Seller Information means any data and information relating to the Businesses, customers, financial statements, conditions or operations of the Businesses, in each case which is confidential in nature and not generally known to the public.

Seller Information means (x) the information and data concerning the Mortgage Loans set forth on any computer tape (or other electronic or printed medium) furnished to the Depositor and/or the Unaffiliated Seller, in the Comp Materials, (as defined below) to the extent such Comp Materials were approved by the Unaffiliated Seller, and (y) the information set forth in the Prospectus Supplement, other than the Depositor Information, the Servicer Information, the Initial Purchaser Information and the Underwriter Information.

Seller Information. As defined in Section 8.01(b)(A)(1).

Seller Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.7(a).

Seller Information has the meaning set forth in Section 13.3(c).
