Security Entitlements definition

Security Entitlements means all present and future “security entitlements” (as defined in Article 9 of the UCC).
Security Entitlements shall have the meaning attributed to such term by the UCC, and shall include any and all Security Entitlements whether now or hereafter existing.

Security Entitlements. Supporting Obligations” and “Uncertificated Securities” as such terms are defined in the UCC;
