Securities Regulators means collectively, the securities regulators or other securities regulatory authorities in the Selling Jurisdictions;

Securities Regulators means the applicable securities regulatory authorities in the Selling Jurisdictions, including, without limitation, the Canadian Securities Regulators and the TSX;
