Scheduled Monthly Payment. Each scheduled payment of principal and interest (or of interest only, if applicable) to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan, as reduced (except where otherwise specified herein) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reduction or pursuant to the Relief Act (excluding all amounts of principal and interest that were due on or before the Cut-off Date whenever received) and, in the case of an REO Property, an amount equivalent to the Scheduled Monthly Payment that would have been due on the related Mortgage Loan if such Mortgage Loan had remained in existence.
Scheduled Monthly Payment. With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the scheduled monthly payment of principal and interest on such Mortgage Loan which is payable by a Mortgagor from time to time under the related Mortgage Note as originally executed (after adjustment, if any, for Principal Prepayments and for Deficient Valuations occurring prior to such Due Date, and after any adjustment by reason of any bankruptcy or similar proceeding or any moratorium or similar waiver or grace period).

Scheduled Payments shall not include (x) any portion of a Noteholders' Interest Distributable Amount due to Holders because the appropriate notice and certificate for payment in proper form as required by paragraph 2 hereof was not timely Received by Financial Security, (y) any portion of a Noteholders' Interest Distributable Amount due to Holders representing interest on any Noteholders' Interest Carryover Amount accrued from and including the date of payment of the amount of such Noteholders' Interest Carryover Amount pursuant hereto or (z) any Note Prepayment Amounts, unless Financial Security elects, in its sole discretion, to pay such amount in whole or in part. Scheduled Payments shall not include any amounts due in respect of the Obligations attributable to any increase in interest rate, penalty or other sum payable by the Obligor by reason of any default or event of default in respect of the Obligations, or by reason of any deterioration of the credit worthiness of the Obligor, nor shall Scheduled Payments include, nor shall coverage be provided under this Policy in respect of, any taxes, withholding or other charge with respect to any Holder imposed by any governmental authority due in connection with the payment of any Scheduled Payment to a Holder.

  • Scheduled Principal Payment Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of (a) the Note Principal Amount on such Payment Date over (b) the Scheduled Note Principal Amount for such Payment Date.
