Rule of court definition

Rule of court means a rule promulgated by the Supreme Court or a rule concerning local practice adopted by another court that is not inconsistent with the rules promulgated by the Supreme Court and that is filed with the Supreme Court.
Rule of court means any rule adopted by the supreme court of this State, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, or the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
