Right to Accompany Inspectors. (a) The Employer shall notify the Union when a Government Inspector (health and safety, or environment) is to visit the Employer’s premises, as soon as practicable.
Right to Accompany Inspectors a) A Union Health and Safety member shall be allowed to accompany Government inspectors (health and safety) on an inspection tour and to speak with the inspector out of ear shot of any other person.

Right to Accompany Inspectors. (a) The Company shall give a copy of the reports or any other written documents received from the inspector to the union co-chairperson. A certified member representing the Union shall accompany the Government Environmental Health and Safety Inspector during an inspection. A copy of any report issued by the Government Inspector as a result of their inspection, shall be given to the Union Joint Health and Safety committee members.

The union member of the JHSC shall accompany governmental inspectors and national union representatives on plant inspection tours; also accompany persons appointed by the Company who have professional training in industrial hygiene or safety on regular plant surveys and upon request receive results of such surveys.
