Revolving Facility Commitment Amount definition

Revolving Facility Commitment Amount means an amount equal to the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Million and No/100 Dollars ($350,000,000.00), plus the aggregate amount of any and all Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments existing as of such date of determination.
Revolving Facility Commitment Amount means, as of any applicable date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of Four Hundred Million and No/100 Dollars ($400,000,000.00), plus the aggregate amount of any and all Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments existing as of such date of determination.
