Revenue Shares definition

Revenue Shares means Shares that vest in accordance with Schedule I depending on the Company's achievement of the revenue-related performance targets set forth on Annex A.
Revenue Shares means Licensor’s percentage of Revenue as outlined on Exhibit B.
