Restrictive Covenants definition

Restrictive Covenants means the restrictive covenants contained in Section 13(c) hereof.

Restrictive Covenants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

• The Restrictive Covenants shall survive the termination of the Term and this Agreement.
