Restricted Products definition

Restricted Products means any products, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company (on its own or in collaboration or partnership with others) and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period or about which he had Confidential Information, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;
Restricted Products means all and any products of a kind which shall be dealt in, produced, marketed or sold by a Group Company in the ordinary course of the Businesses;
Restricted Products means Company Products or any products of the same or of a similar kind;

Restricted Products has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14(a).
Restricted Products means any product, goods or services produced, developed, manufactured, distributed, sold or supplied by the Company (or any relevant Group Company) with which you were involved or concerned to a material extent, or for which you were responsible, during the 12 months immediately preceding the Termination Date, or products, goods or services of a similar kind;
Restricted Products means used motor oil, petroleum by-products, renewable fuels, vacuum gas oil, aggregated feedstock, conventional crude refining and re-refined oil products, gasoline blendstock, pygas and fuel oil cutterstock, oil filters, engine coolant and/or other hydrocarbons and any other product that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has provided or is researching, developing, manufacturing, distributing, refining, re-refining, aggregating, purchasing, selling and/or providing at any time during the two years immediately preceding the Termination Date, or about which the Executive obtained any trade secret or other Confidential/Trade Secret Information during the two years immediately preceding the Termination Date as a result of (a) his employment with the Company, (b) consulting services he provided to the Company, or (c) his position as a director of the Company.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, by providing prior notice to the Company you may accept employment or otherwise be engaged in or involved with a competitor of the Group that has multiple lines of business provided that, during the Restricted Period, you are employed by a business unit of such competitor that is not engaged or otherwise involved with Restricted Products OR you are providing services to the competitor that are unrelated to the services you provided to the Company and that will not confer an unfair business advantage to such competitor by virtue of the Proprietary Information in your possession. Nothing contained in this Section 7 shall Confidentiality, Invention Assignment, Non-Solicit, Non-Compete and Arbitration Agreement — Virginia prohibit you from owning of a passive investment interest of not more than 2.5% in a company with publicly traded equity securities, and whether on your own behalf or on behalf of others. You agree that the Restricted Period shall be extended by a period equal the length of any violation of this Section 7.3.
