Response Actions definition

Response Actions means remove, removal, remedy, and remedial action as ---------------- those terms are defined in CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. (S) 9601.
Response Actions means the activities defined in 42 U.S.C. § 9601(25) of CERCLA.

  • Nothing in this Agreement precludes any Party from incurring costs associated with the further Response Actions and pursuing such Response Costs from Non-Settlors.
