Residential House definition

Residential House means the house constructed on the Erf in terms of this Building Agreement;
Residential House means the house constructed on the Erf (described in Paragraph C of the In- formation Schedule) in terms of the Building Agreement (Annexure B) and in accordance with the Unit Floor Plan (marked as Schedule B);
