Required Use means use of a Government aircraft for the travel of an executive agency officer or employee to meet bona fide communications or security needs of the agency or to meet exceptional scheduling requirements. Required use travel must be approved as described in OMB Circular A-126.

More Definitions of Required Use

Required Use means the continuous occupancy of not less than 2400 square foot portion of the Improvements by Tenant for a period of not less than five (5) years after the date of Completion of Construction of the Façade Improvements and use of the Improvements for a commercial laundromat.
