Required Distributions. Not applicable.
Required Distributions. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class A-4 Certificates, the sum without duplication of (i) the related Interest Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Realized Loss, including any Excess Loss, allocated to the Class A-4 Certificates on such Distribution Date.
Required Distributions means, (a) with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the amount of interest that has accrued on the Obligations at the applicable Pass-Through Rate during the applicable Accrual Period with respect to the Obligations, net of any interest shortfalls resulting from Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and any interest shortfalls resulting from the application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, or similar state or local laws and (ii) if such Distribution Date is not the Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the amount of any Applied Realized Loss Amounts, if any, allocated to the Obligations and (b) on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Obligations (after giving effect to all distributions to be made on such Distribution Date). Required Distributions do not include any Net Rate Carryover.

More Definitions of Required Distributions

Required Distributions. With respect to any Distribution Date and the Class 1-A-3 Certificates, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the Interest Distribution Amount with respect to the Class 1-A-3 Certificates minus any Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and any Relief Act Reductions allocated to the Class 1-A-3 Certificates on that Distribution Date and (ii) the amount of any Realized Loss allocated to the Class 1-A-3 Certificates on such Distribution Date.
Required Distributions means, (a) with respect to any Distribution Date, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the amount of interest that has accrued on the Class AF-5B Certificates at the then applicable Pass-Through Rate during the applicable Accrual Period with respect to the Class AF-5B Certificates, net of any interest shortfalls resulting from Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and any interest shortfalls resulting from application of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, or similar state or local laws and (ii) at the election of the Class AF-5B Insurer in its sole discretion, the amount equal to the product of (x) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class AF-5B Certificates (after giving effect to all distributions, other than Required Distributions, to be made on such Distribution Date), and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class AF Certificates (after giving effect to all distributions, other than Required Distributions, to be made on such Distribution Date), and (y) the amount, if any, by which the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class AF Certificates (after giving effect to all distributions, other than Required Distributions, to be made on such Distribution Date) exceeds the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1 plus the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account in respect of Loan Group 1; and (b) on the Last Scheduled Distribution Date, the outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class AF-5B Certificates (after giving effect to all distributions, other than Required Distributions, to be made on such Distribution Date).
Required Distributions. As defined in the Class A-1-W and Class A-3-W Policy.

Required Distributions do not include any Net Rate Carryover.
Required Distributions means (i) with respect to any Payment Date occurring prior to the Payment Date in September 2031, (x) the Interest Payment Amount; and (y) any Overcollateralization Deficit after application of Available Funds; and (ii) with respect to the Final Stated Maturity Date, the aggregate Outstanding Note Principal Balance, after giving effect to all other payments of principal on the Notes on that Payment Date.
Required Distributions. The Group I Required Distributions or the Group II Required Distributions, as applicable.
