Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

• The Parties shall cooperate in minimizing or eliminating any costs associated with obtaining Required Consents.

Required Consents has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.

Required Consents means any consents, licenses, or approvals required to give IFS, or any person or entity acting for IFS hereunder, the right or license to access, use and/or modify in electronic form and in other forms, including derivative works, the Customer Components and Content, without infringing the ownership or intellectual property rights of IFS or the owners of such Customer Components and Content.
