Reportable Events definition

Reportable Events means the following:
Reportable Events any of the events set forth in Section 4043(b) of ERISA, other than those events as to which the thirty day notice period is waived under subsections 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 or 20 of PBGC Xxx.xx. 2615.
Reportable Events shall be as defined in ERISA.

More Definitions of Reportable Events

Reportable Events includes one or more of the following: Adverse Events, Other Safety Findings, Product Complaints, and Medical Device Events.
