Repair Activity definition

Repair Activity. - means repairing, painting, upholstering, polishing, or the performing of similar types of work on motor vehicles.
Repair Activity means any repair, maintenance or replacement of any improvements, utilities, fixtures and equipment or tangible personal property that are present on any Agilent Schedule 2 Facility as of the Separation Date.

Related to Repair Activity

  • Program or activity means all of the operations of any entity described in paragraphs (m)(1) through (4) of this section, any part of which is extended Federal financial assistance:

  • Business activity means that term as defined in section 3(2) of the former single business tax act, 1975 PA 228, or in section 105 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1105.

  • Regulated Activity means any generation, treatment, storage, recycling, transportation, disposal or release of any Hazardous Substances.

  • Renovation means altering a facility or one or more facility components in any way, including the stripping or removal of RACM from a facility component. Operations in which load-supporting structural members are wrecked or taken out are demolitions.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Substantial improvement means any combination of repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition, or other improvement of a structure, taking place during any one-year period for which the cost equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the “start of construction” of the improvement. This term includes structures which have incurred “substantial damage”, regardless of the actual repair work performed. The term does not, however, include either:

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Renovator means an individual who has been issued a license by the Board to perform renovations or to direct others who perform renovations.

  • Substantial disruption means without limitation that any one or more of the following occur as a result of the bullying:

  • Response activity means evaluation, interim response activity, remedial action, demolition, providing an alternative water supply, or the taking of other actions necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare, or the environment or the natural resources. Response activity also includes health assessments or health effect studies carried out under the supervision, or with the approval of, the department of community health and enforcement actions related to any response activity.

  • Substantial Change means a change to the terms of this Agreement that reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities.

  • Cost of the Work means costs necessarily incurred by the Construction Manager in the proper performance of the Work. Such costs shall be at rates not higher than those customarily paid at the place of the Project except with prior consent of the Owner. The Cost of the Work shall include only the items set forth in this Article 6.
