Remedial Works definition

Remedial Works means investigation, monitoring, treatment, clean-up, containment, remediation, removal, mitigation or restoration of or other response action with respect to any Hazardous Substances in the ground, soil, subsurface strata, surface water, sediment or groundwater before closing at any Specific Environmental Indemnity Site.
Remedial Works means the repair, maintenance, replacement and/or removal of items relating to the Works and/or Common Property affected by the Works;
Remedial Works means the carrying out of works to prevent (including preventing repetition or recurrence), minimise, remedy, remove, investigate, limit, xxxxx or contain a Protected Matter or Retained Environmental Liability or so as to prevent (including prevention of repetition or recurrence), minimise or reduce the extent of Environmental Losses in relation to a Protected Matter or Retained Environmental Liability;

More Definitions of Remedial Works

Remedial Works means any or all of the following:
