Released PAGA Claims definition

Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

More Definitions of Released PAGA Claims

Released PAGA Claims means all PAGA claims pled or could have been pled based on the factual allegations contained in the Operative Complaint and the PAGA Notice sent by Plaintiff that occurred during the PAGA Period as to the Aggrieved Employees.
