Reimbursement Claim definition

Reimbursement Claim means the value of all eligible premiums reported by an eligible dealer during a reimbursement year.[PL 2011, c. 211, §14 (NEW).]
Reimbursement Claim means a written request, in electronic or paper form, by a Settlement Class Member, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, seeking reimbursement for documented Economic Losses.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Claim

Reimbursement Claim means any claim for reimbursement of time spent remediating issues related to payment card issues fairly traceable to the Data Breach.

Reimbursement Claim as used herein shall mean a claim for NDT and/or ABA services to treat a Qualified Mental Health Condition, which is submitted for reimbursement as a part of this Settlement Agreement that was (a) previously submitted and denied under the Plan’s Developmental Delay Exclusion, during the Settlement Class Period, and verified that it subsequently was not paid by another payor, entity, plan, or person; (2) not previously submitted to the Defendants for consideration, and an uncovered, incurred, out-of-pocket expense related to ABA and/or NDT therapy to treat a Qualified Mental Health Condition during the Settlement Class Period, or (3) out-of-pocket expenses incurred (co-payments and deductibles) related to alternative insurance obtained and paid for to provide coverage for ABA and/or NDT therapies to treat a Qualified Mental Health Condition during the Settlement Class Period.
Reimbursement Claim means any claim which ACP, Richard S. Allen, or Richard S. Allen, Inc. (collectively “Guarantors”) has against DLH for any payments or other distributions made by any of the Guarantors to a creditor of DLH on account of an obligation where the Guarantors executed a guaranty of such an obligation and DLH was directly liable under the obligation. Reimbursement Claim shall also mean any claim Richard S. Allen or Richard S. Allen, Inc. has against ACP for any payments or other distributions made by either of them on a debt where ACP is the primary obligor or a co- guarantor of such debt.
Reimbursement Claim means a duly completed and endorsed written statement of a Payor in the form required by the Payments Canada Rules or, where permitted by the Payments Canada Rules, a written or otherwise recorded communication from a Payor to its processing Payments Canada Member by way of the Internet, e-mail, telephone or other electronic means that has been authenticated pursuant to the processing Payments Canada Member’s customary security measures relating to such means.
