Regulation S Temporary Global Note definition

Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto, bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A2 hereto deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903 of Regulation S.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903.

Examples of Regulation S Temporary Global Note in a sentence

• Simultaneously with the authentication of the Regulation S Permanent Global Note, the Common Depositary shall cancel the Regulation S Temporary Global Note.

• The aggregate principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Note may from time to time be increased or decreased by adjustments made on the records of the Registrar and the Common Depositary or its nominee, as the case may be, in connection with transfers of interest as hereinafter provided.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note means one or more global notes bearing the Global Note Legend, the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend, the Regulation S Legend and the ERISA Legend and deposited with, or on behalf of, and registered in the name of, the Depositary or its nominee that shall represent the aggregate principal amount of the Notes sold in reliance on Regulation S.

Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note substantially in the form of Annex B to the Ninth Supplemental Indenture, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the 2020 Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903 of Regulation S.
