Recycled paper definition

Recycled paper means a paper product with not less than:
Recycled paper means paper which contains at least 50% recovered paper material. The recovered paper material must contain at least 45% deinked stock or postconsumer material. (See also "postconsumer material" in this Section.)
Recycled paper means paper and paper products having fifty percent or more of their fiber content that comes from postconsumer waste. For purposes of this subsection (12)(e)(iii), "postconsumer waste" means a finished material that would normally be disposed of as solid waste, having completed its life cycle as a consumer item.

More Definitions of Recycled paper

Recycled paper means a paper product that contains not less than 25% wastepaper in 1989, 35% wastepaper in 1990, and 50% wastepaper in 1991 and each year thereafter.
