Rate definition

Rate means the Adjusted LIBO Rate and the Alternate Base Rate.
Rate means a recurring charge.
Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “Type.”

  • Any change in the interest rate on a Committed Rate Loan resulting from a change in ABR shall become effective as of the opening of business on the day on which such change in ABR shall become effective.
