Quality Program definition

Quality Program means the overall quality system and associated activities, including the Department’s Quality Assurance and independent Assurance program, Design-Builder Quality Control activities and associated Quality Control Plan that will assure materials and workmanship incorporated into the Project are in conformity with the Contract requirements, Design Documents and Project Specifications.
Quality Program means the Milk Department Pty Ltd policy document outlined at Schedule 6 of this Agreement.
Quality Program means the policy document outlined at Part I of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Quality Program

Quality Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the LA DOTD’s QA and/or its designated QA Consultant, the Design-Builder’s and/or the QC Engineering Firm's QC, the Contract quality requirements, and the Design-Builder’s quality plan.
Quality Program means the overall Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and associated activities performed by, or on behalf of, the Design-Builder to ensure that all Work complies with the Contract.

Related to Quality Program

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Participating Clinical Laboratory means a Clinical Laboratory which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.
