Qualified new jobs definition

Qualified new jobs means 1 or more of the following:
Qualified new jobs means the average number of full-time jobs at a facility of an authorized business for a tax year in excess of the average number of full-time jobs the authorized business maintained in this state prior to the expansion or location as that is determined under the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.801 to 207.810.
Qualified new jobs means that term as defined in section 37c.

  • Qualified new job means 1 of the following:

  • Qualified Nurse means a person who holds a valid registration from the Nursing Council of India or the Nursing Council of any state in India.

  • Authorized Newspaper means a newspaper, printed in the English language or in an official language of the country of publication, customarily published on each Business Day, whether or not published on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, and of general circulation in each place in connection with which the term is used or in the financial community of each such place. Whenever successive publications are required to be made in Authorized Newspapers, the successive publications may be made in the same or in different Authorized Newspapers in the same city meeting the foregoing requirements and in each case on any Business Day.

  • Qualified veteran means a person who meets the following requirements:

  • Senior Secured Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Senior Secured Indebtedness on such date to (b) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower ended on or prior to such time (taken as one accounting period) in which financial statements for each quarter or fiscal year in such period have been or were required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b) without giving effect to any grace period applicable thereto.

  • Legal newspaper means a newspaper meeting the requisites

  • 423 Component means the part of the Plan, which excludes the Non-423 Component, pursuant to which Purchase Rights that satisfy the requirements for an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be granted to Eligible Employees.

  • Non-423 Component means the part of the Plan, which excludes the 423 Component, pursuant to which Purchase Rights that are not intended to satisfy the requirements for an Employee Stock Purchase Plan may be granted to Eligible Employees.

  • Section 423 Component means those Offerings under the Plan, together with the sub-plans, appendices, rules or procedures, if any, adopted by the Administrator as a part of this Plan, in each case, pursuant to which rights to purchase Shares during an Offering Period may be granted to Eligible Employees that are intended to satisfy the requirements for rights to purchase Shares granted pursuant to an “employee stock purchase plan” that are set forth under Section 423 of the Code.

  • Eligible veteran means an individual who is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs as meeting all of the following conditions:

  • Eligible adult means any of the following:

  • Restricted network provision means any provision which conditions the payment of benefits, in whole or in part, on the use of network providers.
