Purchaser Warranties definition

Purchaser Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.1;

Purchaser Warranties means the representations and warranties of the Purchaser set forth in Schedule 3 (Purchaser Warranties).

Purchaser Warranties means the warranties given by the Purchaser pursuant to Clause 8.2.

• To the extent that the Agreement may have been signed on a date which results in the use of any tense being inappropriate, the Purchaser Warranties shall be read in the appropriate tense.
